Achieve Fitness Circuit Classes are aimed at both Men and Women and also Teenagers
(between the ages of 12 and 16) and are designed to help people to lose weight and
improve fitness while also developing muscle tone!
The classes are an hour long and vary week to week incorporating a variety of equipment
based and bodyweight exercises!
Current Classes (£5 Per Person)
Wednesday Night (Women Only Classes)-
18.30-19.30 Chalkwell Park (Meet in Main Car Park)
19.45-20.45 Chalkwell Park (Meet in Main Car Park)
Thursday Night (Currently Men and Teenagers Class)-
19.00-20.00 Chalkwell Park (Meet in Main Car Park)
NB. If you would like to attend one of the current classes please book your place

Also available is a ‘Create Your Own Class’ option. Whereby you can create a class
specifically for you and your friends!
So if you have a group of friends, colleagues, or clients that your looking to train
with then let me know the day, time and goals of the sessions and I can take a circuit
class specifically for you! You will also need to let me know a place that suits
you, such as a park, hall or even a large garden. Then I can come to you!
Group size must be between 5 and 12 people with the cost £5 per person.
